On The Practical Significance Of The Crime Biological Cause

In recent years, the occurrence of the desperados like Qiu Xinghua of Shanxi province, Ma Jiajue of Yunnan Province and Yang Jia of Beijing makes us hard to find a convincing solutions through the traditional sociology, psychology jurisprudence and culture, etc., while we are reviewing the cause of these criminals. However, the relevant principles and research outcomes of criminal biology can offer us some illumination of new thinking and convincing answers.The first chapter of this paper discusses the preposition and initial development of the criminal biology. Mainly from the cause, actor and basic research methods of criminology, this paper discusses the background of the preposition of the criminal biology and reviews some methods and outcomes of the researches of Cesare Lombroso and other investigators at the same time. This paper emphasizes the review and summary of Cesare Lombroso and his research and outcomes, and consider him the founder of the criminal biology.The second chapter focuses on the relevant research in terms of genetics, psychopathy, pathology, biological chemistry, cerebrology and theory of TCM constitution. These researches are the outcomes of the nearly 100-year research of criminal biology. In the fifth part, this paper mentions the relevant research by the professors and students of the Herlabist Doctor Academy in Fujian Province, focusing on the relationship between the adrenal gland and violence crime. The purpose of this chapter is to expand the insight of researcher from the multi-perspectives of dialectics and discussion of criminal biology. Due to the vagueness of the independence and category, there is overlapping in this paper.The third chapter focuses on the importance of the criminal biology, from three perspectives. One is from the value of the research of criminal biology, to help everyone know this research fully and objectively. Another is from the main factors confining the development objectively and subjectively. The third analyses the main factor criticized by the society from three layers. The purpose of this paper is to offer an objective and scientific illustration.The forth chapter mainly discusses the future of the criminal biology, emphasizing the challenges of jurisprudence and ethics, and a more practical and efficient way to know, study and utilize the criminal biology in the term of the combination of biology and sociology.
