The Commentary On Research Of Violent Crime From The Perspective Of Criminal Biology

In recent years,the situation of violent crime is still grim,especially in cases of extreme violent crime,and social impact is bad.However,with the long-term development of natural science,advanced biology theory and technology provide a new opportunity for the study of violent crime.In the field of criminal biology,China's research is still in its infancy,and the research on the biological causes of violent crimes is less,and there are relatively few researches in foreign countries.This has some reference value for the study of violent crime in our country.The author analyzes the present situation of the study of the biological causes of violent crimes at home and abroad,and evaluates the existing problems and significance of the study of the biological causes of violent crimes,and may give us a new inspiration for our comprehensive understanding of violent crimes.This article is divided into five parts: the first part is an overview of violent crime from the perspective of criminal biology,mainly related to the definition of the related concepts such as violent crime,criminal biology and the value of violent crime research from the perspective of biology,and in order to facilitate the following discussion,the development of crimial biology is divided into two stages;The second part is the retrospective study of the history of violent crime,the study of violent crimes were reviewed in three stages,evaluating the research methods,research results,historical roles and lessions of experience at all stages;The third part introduces the main frontier of brain science,neurobiology,gene,biochemistry and public health at home and abroad through the translation of foreign literature and the retrieval of domestic literature,and evaluate the current research problems and limitations;The fourth part summarizes the differences and progresses between the traditional and contemporary research stages,and summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the current research;the fifth part is the inspiration and prospect,explores the application of biological research results of violent crime in criminal justice practice,and the future development direction.
