Bribery Crime Prevention Countermeasures

Based on the current need of striking against bribe, this article intends to analysis on the current situation, characteristic, related reason and, dispute of corruption fact and limitation of legislation. The author also derives the theoretical essence of 'Anti-Corruption Convention' of the United Nation to provide with the general thought of improving the legislation of anti-corruption in China. According to the current situation of anti-corruption inspection, the article also brings forward some idea of how to strength the detection of corruption and how to prevent from corruption.The article is divided into four parts. The first part focuses on the current situation and the characteristic of corruption in our country, and the reason of corruption from the angle of economy, polity, ideology, social history and reality. The second part starts from the dispute of corruption, to provide some tentative thought of improving legislation of our country after the research of anti-corruption legislation and the reference of 'Anti-Corruption Convention' of the United Nation. The third part is about the effect of strengthening criminal judicature in the prevention of corruption. The fourth part states that we should prevent corruption by means of quality education, improving mechanism and the legal system, and to have countermeasure macroscopically.
