In building a socialist country ruled by law today,strengthening the sense of responsibility government and improve the administrative law accountability mechanisms to address the Government's responsibilities under the traditional system and the lack of powers and responsibilities of an important way to asymmetry,but also the establishment of the objective requirements of responsible government.Civil Service administrative disciplinary responsibility as the administrative law one of the elements of the theory is the responsibility of the civil service administrative law and the achievement of the final attribution.However,its set of legal norms and the implementation of the operation is not as simple as that.Civil Service administrative disciplinary approach is scientific,as well as setting if the idea of eventually establishing the responsibility of the Government of great significance.Of China's existing laws,regulations and administrative punishment on the way the civil service provisions of the comprehensive analysis,we can see that the way civil servants are still administrative disciplinary some can not adapt to the rule of law demands.In spite of the academic and practice of administrative law has to be concerned about the profession,some scientific research,but at the present stage of China's civil service administrative disciplinary approach for research projects and guiding role in practice there is still a certain gap.In this paper,the use of the theory,and from abroad and China's Taiwan region on the way the civil service provisions of the administrative punishment,which for a preliminary study.The first part provides an overview of the civil service administrative disciplinary approach of the underlying concepts.The article first described the way the civil service of the concept of administrative punishment,as well as its administrative liability in the civil service status on the basis of administrative punishment on the way civil service nature of its relationship with other related concepts.Subsequently,the author of civil servants in administrative disciplinary approach based on the basic connotation of civil service administrative conditions for the application of disciplinary methods, functions and set the principles of a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis.The second part of China's existing administrative punishment on the way the civil service laws and administrative regulations,local laws and regulations,regulations of the status quo analysis,outlines the current stage in our country the way the civil service status of the administrative punishment.
