On Perfect The Mechanism Of Expression Of Interest In Our Local Legislative Process

This paper discusses the process of local legislation in China, expressing the interests of is a mechanism both theoretical and practical significance of the problem, China aims to improve the legislative process, the interests of the theoretical expression of mechanisms and systems to support this idea. The basic framework can be divided into three parts : introduction, body, conclusion. In introduction, the author defines the scope of this study, that is, as our discussion of the scope of local legislation, mechanism to express the interests of research subjects. The second part is to study the origin. The problem is due to reflection and research on the democratization of the legislative process of our local concerns. In the third part, this article describes the research methods.
