District jurisdiction include usual district jurisdiction,special district jurisdiction and exclusive district jurisdiction.It is acknowledged by the word that the tort spot is taken as the most important factor on judging the jurisdiction district,according to rule of traditional tort jurisdiction.But scholars have different opinions on how to define the tort spot and the theory basis of jurisdiction link point.Since 21st century,the interact has been changing human production and life hugely and rapidly.But related laws were developed slowly,especially for internet tort case.People have different opinions on tort spot definition and whether it can be taken as a jurisdiction basis.Law and justice practice about this are also varied.The definition for tort spot is getting vague.This article bases on interact character,to analyze internet tort character,impact on traditional jurisdiction theory by internet,justice practice and theory research of the world.Hope this article can make a contribution to district jurisdiction theory and justice practice of our country.
