Duty crime can be regarded as an ancient crime. Since the human society came into the stage of civilization, every country and nation are all faced with severe challenges of corruption in each historical period. Whether a state power can develop steadily, and whether the ability of regime's administration is strong or not, they are not only shown in the level of economic development, but also in the political stability, which makes the society develops steadily. It affects the stability of the nation, the government and the whole society directly, if the prevention of duty crime and the punishment on corruption have been done immediately and effectively. According to the empirical studies of some scholars, the society in transformation period is the most likely form of breading ground for various duty crimes. The economic, political, legal system and other areas of our society are right in the transitional period, so the current situation and tasks are more severe.The punishment on corruption is important, but it has a lag. If we want to solved the menace to the stability of our society thoroughly, which is caused by duty crimes, the punishment to take stopgap measures is far from enough.Therefor, we should focus on the prevention of duty crimes in the future, establish a scientific mechanism and improve the mechanism of prevention.In this paper, under the guidance of the theory mentioned above, the concept, the elements, the cause and other problems about duty crimes have been discussed. moreover, the overall strategy and specific measures to prevent duty crimes have been raised.
