Research On Corruption At The Grass-roots Level And Its Prevention And Control In China Under The New Situation

Since the eighteenth congress,the contrasts of power corruption and anti-corruption constantly changing,now dare not rot has already realized preliminarily.The momentum of corruption at the grassroots level has been further curbed with the country's crackdown on corruption from the top down.However,at present,China's politics,economy and society are in a critical period of reform and transformation,and there are still large fuzzy areas in the prevention and treatment of grassroots corruption.The "don't corrupt" ideology of some grass-root cadres is not completely formed,and the mechanism of "cannot rot" remains to be improved.The corruption at the grassroots level not only affects the relationship between cadres and the masses,undermines the mass foundation of the party and the government,but also directly undermines the local political ecology,social environment and economic development,etc.Therefore,it is of great significance to deepen the fight against corruption,strengthen the construction of anti-corruption system and mechanism at the grassroots level and build a harmonious society to deeply analyze the corruption at the grassroots level,discuss and study the causes,characteristics and relevant prevention and control measures of grassroots corruption.Through the research on the work form and expression form of grass-roots corruption in the new situation,taking w county of Zhejiang province as an example,this paper put forward the prevention and control measures of grassroots corruption.On the basis of data analysis and case analysis,this paper further puts forward relevant measures for the prevention and control of grass-roots corruption.We think:to preventing low-level corruption,should improve the ability of grass-roots cadres to resist corruption,transform the management idea of leading cadres at the grass-roots level,Set up the correct guidance of selecting and employing people at the grass-roots level,optimize the establishment of anti-corruption institutions,enhance the strength of punishing corruption,learn anti-corruption experiences from advanced developed countries at the same time,improve the prevention and control of grass-roots corruption in accordance with local conditions,targeted efforts should be made to curb the occurrence and spread of corruption at the grass-roots level.
