Based On The Information Rights Of The Copyright Protection System Study

Now, the academic study of the information rights becomes hot spots at home and abroad, as well as the support of the system level for the information right becomes the focus. As the important part of a series of systems protecting the information rights, the efficiency of the copyright system has a significant impact for protecting the information rights. At the same time, the information rights is the good benchmark for amending the copyright system, and it also could provide reference for modifying and improving the copyright system. In this paper, the concept of the information rights derives from its related concepts. The paper tries to find out the relationship between the efficiency of the copyright system and the information rights, it also further analyzes the effect of the efficiency of the Chinese existing copyright system and new mechanisms for the information rights, evaluates the existing copyright system, provides the feasible suggestions for modifying and improving Chinese copyright system, in order to make up deficiencies in it.
