Construction Of Harmonious Society In The Context Of Fairness And Justice

Fairness & justice have been the focus for Chinese nowadays,because the gaps that against the principle of the fairness & justice between pepoles have been deeped rapidly since the reform and opening, as a result,many conflicts happened,and that has become a great challenge for Chinese to build the socialistic harmonious society.In order to sovle this challenge,many works concern this question have been published. Among these works,much attention has been put on the relation between efficinecy and fairness as the income gap highly emphasized.By this point of view,we can not sovle the the problem completely,because the syetem of society not only consist of economy cell,but also superstructure.However,there is not a sysytemic works concerning fairness and justice.Seeing that,the author guided by Marxism,pointed out characters and the connotation of fairness & justice firstly,then argued the importance and necessity of them for us to build the harmonious society.On the base of that,the author try to depict pathes to get fairness &justice by analyzing the reasons that induce unfairness and unjustice and their effects on the society.During the course,the author try to rectify the error mentioned above,and sovle the problem systematicly by dividing the fairness & justice into a broad conception and several narrow conceptions and discussing relationships between them.Concretely speaking,the content about studing on fairness & justice for the harmonious society involved as follows:First,the connotation and the character of fairness & justice.(I)Fairness & justice,an old and rebuilded theme.(II) The connotation ofthefairness & justice.(III) The main character of fairness & justice.Second,importance and necessity of fairness & justice in the course of building the harmonious society.(I) Fairness & justice shuold be an inward signification to building the socialistic harmonious society in new times.(II) Requires to biuld Chinese characteristic Socialisitic harmonious society.Third,reasons,ebodiments and effets on society about unfairness and unjustice(I) Ebodiments about unfairness and unjustice.(II) The negative effets on the socialistic harmonious society.(III) Reasons that caused unfairness and unjustice.Fourth,the path to lead to fairness & justice(I) Productivity path(II)The core value path(III) Institutional path...
