Research On Fairness And Justice Under The Vision Of Harmonious Society

Achiving social harmony ,building fine society is a common ideal of human beings'seeking all along,it is also a social ideal Chinese Communists pursue unremittingly.Nowadays,our country'economic and social development is a prime period of development ,a period of increasing problems at the same time. The Communist Party of China correctly analyzed the changes of domestic and international environment and scientificly proposed the concept of building a harmonious socialist socie ty,making harmonious society a common subject among every social areas as well as every class.We will build a harmonious socialist society,it should be a society of democracy and the rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and fraternity, vigor and vitality, stability and order, and harmony between man and nature.Fairness and justice is proper coordination of interest relationship in all social parties, contradictions among the people and other social contradictions can be handled well,social fairness and jutice can be relized and safeguarded practically. Fairness and justice is basic condition of social harmony,relizing social fairness and justice is the cornerstone of social harmony.Harmonious society is surely fair and just society,if a socitey has no fairness and justice ,it will lose the base of stablity.Premier Wen Jiabao said:"Not only contains Chinese modernization developed economy,but also strength of social fairness,justice and morality".This put fairness and justice on the high degree of socialist modernization, laying more stress on the "people first" principle, paying more attention to comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, and putting more emphasis on accommodating,safeguarding social fairness and justice ,promoting harmony of socialist society.Fairness and justice is more glorious than the sun,it is the top value of society and basic social rule.In order to achiving social fairness and justice ,we must gradually resolve the main problems exisiting in social fairness and justice.This paper is divided into six chapters,the firsr chapter"Introduction"mainly shows background,purpose,significance,summary,train of thought,main content,chief methods about this research subject.The second chapter"Basic intension of fairness and justice"is made up of two parts,the first part eleborates origin of fairness and justice thought,the second part explans the content of fairness and justice,relationship between fairness and justice,features of fairness and justice,then concludes intension of fairness and justice.The third chapter"Importance of fairness and justice in building a harmonious socialist society"has a discussion on relationship between fairness and justice and other five features of harmonious socialist society,we aim at proving the point"Fairness and justice is basic condition of social harmony,relizing social fairness and justice is the cornerstone of social harmony".The fourth chapter"Main problems exisiting in social fairness and justice"mainly describes six problems of building harmonious society,which have unharmnious key factors exposed in society.The fifth chapter"The reasons of problems exisiting in social fairness and justice"chiefly analyzes basic reason,objective reason and deep reason of social inequity.The sixth chapter"Measures to ensure social fairness and justice"is final purpose for this research subject.The writer raises new thinking,new measures on main problems exisiting in social fairness and justice after being based on other scholars'research achivements,we try our best to make our measures more contemporary,more targeted and more suitable.
