The Effectiveness Of The Moral Construction Of New Rural Research

Moral construction is both the important content and power of Construction of new socialist countryside. The farmer is the main body of the new rural construction.The urgent need to build new socialist countryside is to train the new peasants who have the intelligent,understand the technology and have the ability to manage. The height of the new peasant's qualities of the moral and the scientific cultural has directly decided the level of the farmer overall quality and the success or failure of the new rural construction.It's necessary to reinforce the rural moral construction for promoting the qualities of the moral of the farmers.At present the actual effect is the key of success or failure of the rural moral construction as most people regard the economic construction as the most important society development.At the present day,contents,ways and the method of thought which we have taken in rural moral construction were beyond requirements of social development,and this will inevitably lead to the moral construction problem of low effectiveness,therefore,severely weakening the moral construction of an important role deeply.As the result it can't fit the need of the new countryside rebuilding.This article mainly launches the elaboration about the related question to strengthen the moral construction in the socialism new rural reconstruction by analyzing various reasons which influence rural moral construction,and attempts highlight the effectiveness of rural moral construction.Putting forward the theoretical principles and basic policies of enforcing the actual effect of rural moral construction and on the basis of revealing the basic rules under the new historical context,in order to promote the peasants' level of moral and advances the socialism new rural reconstruction smoothly to carry on.The paper includes three parts:The first part:the "introduction" illustrates the original reason of choosing the title,the significance and the method of the research,and making an elementary summary of rural moral construction research.The analysis and generalization of the catalog of rural moral construction is made and the explanation of the concept "actual effect of moral construction" is offered.This part also discusses the main consent of the socialism new rural reconstruction,and points out the fundamentality of the moral construction,hence states that the principle of the actual effect is the guarantee to achieve the purpose of rural moral construction.The second part:this part analyzes the problems of the actual effect about rural moral construction,at the same time,attempts to find the reasons and to get a conclusion.Considering the current problems are the following main aspects:the lack of a systematic construction of rural morality;moral construction divorced from the reality and life;politicized formal serious.The reason is:the neglect of real demand of farmers;the lack of basic material input and moral education behind.I hope the research will be groundwork to solve the problems.The third part:this part specifically elaborates how to strengthen the actual effect of the rural moral construction in the socialism new country rebuilding.For the problems of rural construction practice,this paper discusses the innovation on forms,methods,concepts and other aspects.First of all,we should establish the right of modern moral concepts;followed by attention to rural life based on moral demand;In addition to actively explore effective ways of moral construction,we must be based on the characteristics of the rural peasant-oriented and exert moral factors of unique rural life,combined with new rural construction,happy modern life should be shaped for farmers.Finally in order to ensure that the moral construction of long-term operation,this paper has studied the evaluation system to promote the moral effectiveness of the implementation of construction.
