The Study Of Socialist New Rural Morality Construction

The party's 16th session of 5th Plenary Session proposed the goal in the construction of socialist new countryside:"developed production, affluent life, civilized rural atmosphere,clean and tidy village and democratic administration". The construction of new countryside is a complete and systematic project,not only including economic construction, still including political construction, cultural construction, social construction and rural grass-roots organization construction of the party;not only needing construction of material civilization,but the construction of political and spiritual civilization. Rural morality construction is the spirit drive, moral support and thought guarantee of social development in the countryside. It plays a critical role for the whole countryside and nationwide construction of well-off society. In this sense, rural morality construction is foundation project and key points in the process of constructing new socialist countryside, building a harmonious society and a well-to-do society completely. But from the case of the rural development at present, compared with achievements of the rural economic construction, rural morality construction appears very weak. This article has discussed the problem of rural morality construction in the construction of new socialist countrysiden from three big aspects:Part one: the connotation, main tasks and functions of rural morality construction. By historical review of party's explore to rural construction after the found of China, deepening the knowledge for historical certainty of socialist new rural construction, summarizing the connotation of new rural construction and new rural morality construction as well as its main tasks, analysing main functions of new rural morality construction. The emphasis of this part is to make clear the main tasks and function of new rural morality construction to provide theoretical references for problems and countermeasures of new rural morality construction.Part two: analysis of current situation and the reason of problem about new rural morality construction. Based on affirming the notable achievements of new rural morality construction, this article analysis main problems and its reason about new rural morality construction. Its emphasis is to find out existent problems and analyse their reasons, so as to offer reference basis for the countermeasure research of the part of third.Part three: the countermeasure thought of strengthening new rural morality construction. This part is the emphasis and aim. According to the preceding existent problems in the process of new rural morality construction, this article provides corresponding countermeasures from main four aspects of understanding, long effect mechanism, innovation of carrier and channel and constructing good rural atmosphere about new rural morality construction, hoping to supply benefits for the construction of new socialist countryside.
