May 12, 2008, an 8.0 earthquake struck suddenly, in the face of disaster, people from panic to helplessness experienced four to frankly face the rumors, the Government's public information undoubtedly plays an important role. Faced with such a sudden incident-prone world, even if the information is not public which is bound to lead to blockade of the public live in fear, rumors, and affecting social stability, it's difficult to predict and control the dangers. Therefore, in the face of public emergency, the Government should exert its crisis in the dominant role of information, timely, active and accurate disclosure of information, not only so that the public understand that incidents related information, and enhance a sense of crisis, take the initiative to support the Government's response to crisis is also conducive to the Government of the whole process of emergency management and control.Government information publication has become Governments deal with public emergency, one of the most important strategy, which is China's establishment of a transparent government must follow the principle of.
