In our country, there are many insufficiencies in current legal system construction. To a certain extent, it hampered the healthy development of China's market economy. The thesis based on outstanding achievement of product liability law and insurance law of western developed countries. It reveals the backwards of the product liability insurance in our country and points out the legal problems of product liability insurance. Subsequently, the thesis gives some concrete proposals about how to perfect the legal system of product liability insurance of our country.
