"east Turkistan" International Factors In The Problem

The"East-Turkestan"problem was influenced by complex international factors at the very beginning. It still has been affected by different kinds of international factors till now. The"East-Turkestan"ideology was consisting of three main theories: Pan-Turkism and Pan-Islamism, which were spread from Turkey and Central Asia, as well as"East-Turkestan theory"made by British and Russia. Then, the"East-Turkestan"ideology added the theories of religious extremism, terrorism and ethnic separatism, which were spread from Central Asia, Southern Asia and Western Asia.As to the way of activities, the"East-Turkestan"splittists founded"state"twice with the help of British and Russia, which not only practiced the"East-Turkestan theory",but also became the aim pursued by the"East-Turkestan"splittists later ,then induced the combination of them. Thanks to the religious extremism, terrorism and ethnic separatism, the"East-Turkestan"created dissensions by violent and terrible means in 90s.After"9·11", the"East-Turkestan"begin to use political means more and more because of the global combination of anti-terrorism. And the trend is also promoted by the slogan of"seeking"human rights"and"democracy"put forward by the westerns.Thanks to the influences of the westerns, the Central Asia, the Western Asia and the Southern Asia, there are different kinds of organizations and groups of the"East-Turkestan"splittists in the past. Nowadays, the"East-Turkestan"begin to join together because of the global combination of anti-terrorism and the slogan of"seeking human rights"and"democracy"put forward by the westerns.In order to seek a proper way to resolve the"East-Turkestan"problem, we should think carefully, and make good use of the positive factors while reducing the influence of the negative ones.
