As being both ends of the Silk Road, China and Turkey have always been tied up to each other, Silk Road has played a key role throughout the history. Both nations has linked together by this road and shaped their common history. As it can be seen from the four great invention and the China (tile)'s spread through Istanbul, Silk Road has took the initiative to strengthen the cultural exchange.The Chinese nation and the Turks continuously had conflicts since the ancient times and grown up together as a brother by means of the fights with each other. Even in Modern History, ranging from opposition in Korean War to different standpoint on "East Turkistan" problem and inevitableness of Turkey's foreign trade deficit. All these problems hindered any possible constructive relations between Ankara and Beijing, especially the disagreement on "East Turkestan" issue was the basic factor which leads the cold relations.In order to improve mutual understanding, both side's governments and people have always been looking for a new solutions, such as culture festivals, educational institutions, business associations and variety shows. For sure, "One Belt, One Road" initiative wasthe most gratifying news which is announced by XiJinping himself.Emergence of "One Belt, One Road" has served as a broather platform for both side and organizations, enterptices and people have already started to benefit from it. Just as its another name implies "Silk Road Economic Belt" will bring a new opportunities for the countries along side. Therefore, both government sand people started improve the economic, cultural, politic, military, science and technology exchange and mutual support. Along with the time, development and "One Belt, One Road" policy's endorse and persistence, relations between China and Turkey will be certainly strengthen and obtain broad improvements.
