With the prosperous development of Asian economy, the core of the world is moving to the eastern region, therefore, the geography and future development of Asia are doomed to be concerned by the countries across Asia and beyond, who constantly adjust their Asian strategy. Inspired by the American integration and the European integration, the Asian integration is gradually put into practice from a envisage. The international regimes of regional intergration emerge in endlessly,among which the east Asia summit aimed to achieve Asian intergration is a most notable one. ROK plays the roles of balancer and coordinator in the process of building the east Asian integration, and the efforts ROK made can be seen distinctly in the proposition and construction of east Asia summit.While giving priority to conduct foreign policy in the northeast Asian region, ROK has broken through the limits of the northeast Asian region and extended its impacts to east Asian integration.
