On The Composition Of The Core Values ​​of The New Era Police And Nurturing

The core values, center and fundamental of the police culture, come into being in policing practice and reflect police officers' thinking on human being and value pursuits. In that sense, the police core values can be described as internal spirit and soul of life of police officers.Affected by social value pluralism, individualism, mammonism and hedonism from the west, there appear straying of value, value deviation and moral breakdown to varying extent in current police force. As such, the image and power of police force are damaged. It's very important to re-cultivate officers' core values, reunite and agglomerate all officers by those values.This paper expounds the concept, components, functions, internal features and principles of core values based on current policing situation, and put forward the meaning of police core values and the way to cultivate.
