Exercise Of Law Enforcement And Inter-governmental Cooperation

As a provisionary father instrument, Campaign-style law enforcement has become the most relianted father instrument and a normal manner of law enforcement by the Chinese government. Lots of reasons lead to the Existence of the Campaign-style law enforcement, among which the most important reasons are the lack of efficient collaboration among government departments and the plight of government in father.This thesis introduces the practice of Shanghai in dealing with network eroticism and obscenity. The case analysis reveals that the lack of benign collaboration mechanism is the system root of it's existence. As a collaboration channel, campaign-style law enforcement has it's positive content in promoting the collaboration among government departments.
