As a part of the Soviet Communist Party, the Ukrainian communist party became an independent political party in form after July 1991.After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Ukrainian communist party has become the most conspicuous political force among the large number of political parties which was reconstruction and newborn. In a short span of ten years, it has experienced the stages of development: prohibited, reconstruction, prosperity, power failure and so on. In the 1990s, this party has rapid emergence and become the largest parliamentary group because of a clear program, clear-cut, well-organized, and the support rate is highest in two consecutive parliamentary elections.Since the new century, the Ukrainian communist party has gradually shifted from prosperity to decline in the country's political structure and faced with the danger of being marginalized, which was affected by many unfavorable factors inside and outside.At present, the Ukrainian communist party is still the largest and most influential left-wing opposition parties, and its vicissitude running through the honor and disgrace for more than ten years in the Ukrainian history, and it had a significant impact social and political development on Ukraine. The tortuous course of the Ukrainian communist party, the theories of the Ukrainian communist party and the future of the Ukrainian communist party were a cause for concern.This article is divided into three chapters.The contents of the first chapter have carried out system induction for the development process of the Ukrainian communist party after the collapse of the Soviet Union. It was a basic premise to understand the history of the Ukrainian communist party for studying other aspects of the Ukrainian communist party. In this paper, as far as possible to give an accurate and concise expounding for the great events, important affair in the development course of the Ukrainian communist party after the collapse of the Soviet Union. This chapter takes basically the Ukrainian Parliament to participate in the election and presidential election as the main line, and reflects the vicissitudes of the Ukrainian communist party during a decade of development course through the support rate of the campaign in both the voters.The contents of the second chapters give a review for the fundamental theories and important policies of the Ukrainian communist party. These are many conditions have provided opportunities for the further development of the Ukrainian communist party such as the conflict between parties, the combined left-wing voices, the common interests with the political parties and the party's self-construction in recent years.
