Ideology is an essential content in the construction of political party, especially in the construction of ruling party. As political party, it is not question about the necessity of ideology, but question about how to keep up with times in ideology construction. Ideology of the ruling party has different characteristics from that of general political party. Faced with the requirement of the democratization of international politics, and trend of evolution of party politics, the ideology of political party comes forth crisis. The ruling party seems particularly outstanding in this respect.
