Adolescent is the critical period for the formation of philosophy and value,so cultivating adolescents is holding the future. Since adolescents is the builders and successors of Chinese socialist construction, the future and hope of the nation, whose value not only affect their own lives and academic success, but will also affect the whole trend of social development and will be directly related to the future of socialist construction and the Chinese nation's rejuvenation.Values education for young people has always been widespread concern in the community,while the core values of socialism is the core and the highest abstraction of socialist core value system.Therefore, adherence to the socialist core value of youth education is the internal need of the psychological development of young people and an objective requirement for the development of adolescent physical and mental health.However, far end, research on the assessment tools and the scientific system of norms of Adolescents'Socialist Core Value is little, which does not fit in the new period of socialist core values to enhance young people's educational requirements.As time goes by, the norms of Adolescents'Socialist Core Value is needed to be deep studied.This study will work out the national norm of and rank distribution Table of Adolescents'Socialist Core Value. The study could not only make a general survey about the current development of Adolescents'Socialist Core Value and also provide a reference check to the future regional testing socialist core values. The scientific and standardized result explanation to the test could provide the scientific basis for appropriate education and intervention; provides an effective reference to the spiritual development of adolescent health and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.At present, with the perspective of Socialist Core Value study Adolescents'Socialist Core Value will better fulfill universities'fundamental task of training people,Cultivating College Students to be the socialist builders and successors of both ability and integrity.lt is also of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting socialist spiritual civilization, the realization of socialist modernization and building a moderately prosperous society.With the aim of working out the national norm of Adolescents'Socialist Core Value,we investigated from more than 20 schools of 9 provinces in the east,central and west part of China by using random sampling,4107 university and middle school students were random selected and accepted. with the assessment result, the national norm of Adolescents'Socialist Core Value was established.The study's conclusions were as follow:1. The present study has established the national norm of grade and gender and level distribution table for the Adolescents'Socialist Core Value.2. Adolescents'Socialist Core Value questionnaire has satisfying reliability and validity.
