With the scale of civil service examination gradual enlarge, equity and scientific of civil service examination begun to attract attention of the public. Currently, structured interview is the main method of China’s civil service examination. As an important assessment indexes of scientific and fairness, reliability and validity of structured interviews is also increasingly becoming the core issue of concern to all parties involved in the examination. Based on previous studies, the article firstly introduced the research background and significance of structured interview reliability and validity, reviewed relevant research situation at home and aboard; secondly define the connotation of structured interview and its reliability and validity. Then select H Customs as sample of civil service recruitment to study. By the questionnaire studies, data analysis, the research tries to find relevant factors that impact on reliability and validity of structured interview. At end of the paper, the researcher put forward the relevant countermeasures and recommendations, to improve the scientific level of the interview of civil service exam.
