Economic incentives as an important component in incentive system of our country, have great realistic significance on the prison security and stability, developing labor feelings, reshaping the offender personality, promoting socialization.Firstly, this article sorts out kinds of incentive theories, following the G prison in the current economic incentives for the analysis found that economic incentives in G prisons have been paid attention to and have become prison management practices, but we still have the following questions:(1) underestimating economic difficulties and the role of of the economic incentives in the rehabilitation of offenders, (2) the economic needs variance analysis are insufficient, failed to achieve individual transformation; (3) demand evolution has failed to find economic incentives in the best period; (4) on all levels needs mutual effects do not been known, it have failed to provide various incentives to the linkage effects.In response to these problems, the author in conjunction with G prison, provided that incentive measures design ideas on the "fully recognizing and encouraging law, attaching great importance to economic incentives in G prison "and" fully considering prison practical and feasible", and introduced t specific measure in this concept.
