The government forces, civil society organizations and religious groups are all actively involved in charitable donations to help people to stabile the lives and resume production. philanthropy means "compassion and good behaviors", The essence of philanthropy is a great love for mankind, which loves a neighbor as himself or herself, who helps others so as to help himself or herself, showing their own human feelings.The vigorous development of China's philanthropy, requires the joint efforts of many involved in our country, which including the government, citizens, corporations, philanthropy organizations and the news medias. Acts of corporate philanthropy is the main business of voluntary donation behavior, corporate philanthropy behavior is an important development in China's philanthropy. It can help resolve various social contradictions, and also can promote the society more equity and justice.First, from the economics, management, sociology, marketing, and social security, and other disciplines to analysis the corporate philanthropy behavior. Further more, to analysis of the concepts of corporate philanthropy behavior. behavior, including stakeholder theory, corporate citizenship theory, corporate culture theory, enterprise strategic theory, enterprise marketing theory and so on. On the base of above, to analysis the motivations of corporate philanthropy behavior, including the internal factors and external factors.Compare the fast western charitable donation, China's corporate philanthropy has a great development potential and space. We should learn the successful experiences of the western countries, which to make Chinese corporate philanthropy have a much better and faster development.Based on the last, to analysis of the situations and influencing factors of corporate philanthropy behavior in China. Which including, First, Chinese enterprises participate acts of charitable giving in random, lacking of a overall planning; Second, on the whole view, China has a low level of corporate philanthropy behavior, having a smaller proportion of gross domestic product; Third, corporate philanthropy behavior has the lack of reasonable concepts and guidance; Fourth, corporate philanthropy behavior has a relatively simple form. The influencing Factors include internal factors and external factors. Internal factors such as the business performance, firm's life cycle and corporate ethical culture, corporate internal management and decision-making mechanisms and so on; The external factors such as the tax policy, philanthropy organization's credibility, social praise and criticism, the theories of corporate philanthropy behavior and philanthropy channels and so on.Finally, based on the perspective of collaborative interaction and the overall social environments, showing that China's corporate philanthropy needs the collaborative efforts and cooperating of government, corporation, philanthropy organizations and public community, and then from the government perspective, corporation perspective, philanthropy organizations and the public community perspective to study the paths to develop the corporate philanthropy behavior.
