Trade Secrets Legal Protection Of Research

With comes of knowledge based on economy and economy globalization, trade secret has become the point of market competition. The implementation of trade secret in economic activities has fully revealed its actual and potential economic value. Once the trade secret was leaked or stolen, would cause incalculable damage to rights holders. Therefore, China's increasing emphasis on the protection of trade secrets.In this paper, basic theories of trade secrets issues are described to compare the views of all parties and scholars to make the summary, including the definition of the concept of trade secrets, constitute elements and so on. Learn from the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan, China's Taiwan region and international organizations' experience. We summed up China's existing legal protection of trade secrets lessons and summed up the inadequacies of existing laws to try to explore the perfect way of trade secret protection legislation.Finally, we try topropose our own legislative proposals.
