The Innovative Work Of Party Building To Enhance The State-owned Enterprises' Core Competitiveness

State-owned enterprises are the mainstay of our national economy, which is the leading force in the socialist market economy .What's more , is also an important support pillar industries in current China, who play the role of the main force of export revenues. In the progress of fully implementing the scientific concept of development and actively building a socialist harmonious society that is to achieve well-off ,state-owned enterprises is responsible for significant historic task. With the growing trend of economic globalization and the gradual opening up of China's market, the state-owned enterprises not only face the domestic non-state economic challenge, but also face the fierce competition from the multinational companies .Particularly in the accession to the World Trade Organization, a comprehensive process of economic globalization has accelerated, and international competition began to intensify, which increasing trade friction, domestic and international competition .With the competition become increasingly brutal, many state-owned enterprises felt greater competitive pressure. In order to better seize the favorable opportunities for development and actively welcome the increasingly serious challenges, companies should properly strengthen organization of party and building work of party, with aim at enhancing the core competence of state-owned enterprises. In order to create favorable conditions and be sustainable, state-owned enterprises should enjoy a healthy and stable development. This is the original intention and main purpose of the study.The research method, the subject of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism as a guiding standard in the combine empirical analysis, which focusing on the use of literature, learn of lessons and study of case .In sought to take advantage of theoretical principle, the basis of detailed, the relevant in formation on the system by sorting out ,comprehensive analysis, based subjects to provide a scientific basis and reliability of material support. This specific idea is to demonstrate, first, the concept of core competence, character, content and basic elements for the essence of the set. For the second and third part, making theoretical preparation for the specific analysis .Then began the research of core competitiveness of state with a general overview of the current situation and careful analysis. This paper emphasizes the core to enhance the competitiveness of state enterprises on the basis of urgency, that the current state-owned enterprises' specific problems about core competencies, and detailed analysis of the reasons that led to these problems. Then presenting a state-owned enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of related strategies, in which the third part discusses the good practice at the level of bedding. Finally, the study began to cut into the core of this issue about how to find focus, active and innovative work of party building ,greatly enhance of the core competitiveness of state enterprises will be gained. Creating a strong human capital, for the cultivation of core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises and promotion of human resources to provide protection.
