Philosophical Reflection, Tibet Xinjiang Event Incentives And Government Coping Strategies

Department of Tibet Xinjiang incident occurred in China in recent years, most significant event of mass unrest, and its essence is a kind of offshore planning, attempting to divide the Chinese regime stability and violence, terrorist attacks. Violent and terrorist crime is the safety of the international community of non-traditional security factors, both inside and outside China to East Turkistan, Tibetan separatist forces and terrorist crimes have represented our country constitutes a real danger, and create two major violence, terrorist incidents, to me the economy and caused heavy damage people's safety.In response to this potentially dangerous long-term, government should actively recognizing the country of violence, terrorist crime situation, conscientiously sum up the past, there is lack of exercise of functions, learn some advanced experience of other countries, the depth of our national conditions, and then to develop effective management practices. This paper attempts to improve legislation and counter-terrorism agencies, relevant government departments to improve case handling standards, strengthen intelligence warning information, Tibet Xinjiang to consolidate regional security and other aspects on the Government to prevent management point of view of the trend.In this paper, the process of drawing a lot of writing, the Western philosophers point of view, then from the religious and political, democratic and authoritarian, war and peace, ethnic separatism and terrorism in perspective four Xinjiang event as a platform to carry out the Tibetan philosophical thinking, trying to promote Chinese government in responding to violence, terror incident management capability has increased, and some of whom make a theoretical exploration in the theory.
