Wuxi City Public Outcry Network Public Opinion Government Response Research

Since entering in twenty-first Century,the public's attention to public emergencies has been increasing.At present,China is in a period of historical transition,institutional transition,social development,all kinds of problems and contradictions gathered,appeared,followed by public events.With the rapid development of Internet technology,it is very easy to cause the public opinion of public events,which not only directly affects the disposal of public emergencies,but also affects the government's public management and social stability.In this paper,we use the theory of public opinion to deal with sudden public events,combined with the past situation and practical work in Jiangsu,Wuxi,and make an analysis and discussion.On the one hand,Wuxi municipal government has made in dealing with the basic work of public opinion network progress and fully affirmed the results;on the other hand,through the analysis of the disposal of Taihu blue algae incident pointed out that many problems exist in the Wuxi municipal government emergency response network public opinion: the slow reaction,the official website features a single,passive response and through other media is not enough,the causes of these problems mainly lies in the formation and development of network public opinion and grasp the law of traditional network public opinion is not enough,with weak power,work ideas and methods obsolete.Then,on the basis of absorption of the United States and other countries experience and lessons,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of Wuxi municipal government to improve emergency response network public opinion: the establishment of emergency network public opinion supervision system,improve the spokesperson system,public opinion main position to give full play to the role of the official network media,building a network of public emergency the government at all levels of media public opinion event fusion depth response stereo system,strengthen the network media content construction.
