Contemporary Chinese Civil Society Organizations And Government Interaction Between Research,

Since China's reform and opening, along with China's market economic system development and political system reform, especially after establishing "small government, big society" goal of social reform, China's civil organizations access to a larger space for development. With the civil organizations play an increasingly important role in social life, academics has become increasingly concerned about the civil organizations, in particular, government needs civil organizations to carry out the functions of governmental transfers. This relationship between civil organizations and government to become a hot academic research, but the current academic study of the two most focused on the static relationship between them, but which is lack of a specific case analysis and other empirical research methods. This paper mainly analyzes the interactive relationship between civil organizations and government in case of Wenchuan earthquake rescue and probes the positive interactive strategy for countries to achieve good governance.This paper is divided into five parts, it discusses situation,difficulties and causes of interaction between civil organizations and government, then brings forward the goal of the positive interaction between civil organizations and government is good governance. Chapter one puts forward the research methods, contents and creative points based on the analyses of the background, significance and commentary on domestic and international civil organizations. Chapter two explains our country's civil organizations and civil organizations' relevant theories. it introduces civil organizations characteristics,types,causes of development and interactive theories, which is government de-functioning,resource dependence and governance, These theories can pave the way for the study of the interactive relationship between civil organizations and government. Chapter three proposes civil organizations'active characteristics in the Wenchuan earthquake rescue and introduce the interactive situation between four types of china' civil organizations and government, which can provide examples of interactive analysis materials. Chapter four exposes interactive background,problems and the causes of interactive problems for interaction between civil organizations and government, in order to analyze civil organizations and government has not achieved positive interaction and it has impact on governance. Chapter five exhibits the basis for interaction between civil organizations and government, the development of civil organizations is good for governance. This paper proposes strategies for the development of civil organizations so as to realize the positive interaction and ultimately promote the process of good governance in China.
