As the more and more serious corruption in China, a lot of regulatory documents have been drafted. But in practical operation, these systems are often faced with a "nominal" and the difficulties encountered many obstacles in implementation, which limit its functions to play. It also makes difficulties in the prevention of corruption in China.For the complicated situation because of the institutional mechanisms, some provinces such as Beijing and Suzhou, focus on the micro level, introducted the conception of "risk management", to carry out the implementation of the corrupted risk management, and achieved initial results. But just around the effectiveness of existing practices and a summary of the different emphases, not combined with "risk management" theories on the corrupted risk management were described.The article, reviewing the theory of risk management, summed up the theory of "risk identification, risk assessment, risk control, " the three core methods of risk management. Through case studies, on the identification of existing corrupted risk in government agencies, the author summarizes the existing body of "moral, institutional mechanisms, job responsibilities, "the three categories of risk. Meanwhile, the author classified the current risk preventive measures of three defects, that is lack of existing clean long-term, systematic, effective conclusions. Finally, the core of risk management theory combined with methods of risk prevention in the practice of some provinces, summed up a system of corrupted risk management system, making the operations of corrupted risk prevention to achieve a unify of prevention and business, the unify of supervision and management, the unify of self-discipline and the law. It also make the work of corrupted risk prevention more targeted, effective, and systematic.
