The relationship between public opinion and judicial jurisprudence has been the subject of ongoing study.With the rise and development of network technology, network has pushed public opinion from the behind of the media to the front, and also has pushed the judicial system to directly response to the public pressure. Just like the Xuting and Pengyu case, which have made continually effect on the Internet, they did have pushed the court and the judges to reconsider the relationship between judicial system and the public.Based on the analyse of the affection modes caused by the Internet publicsphere to the Chinese judicial proceedings, this paper mainly discussed about the effect the Internet publicsphere has brought on judicial cases, the construction of the judicial system and the traditional values of justice.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the basic concepts of the Internet publicsphere and the status of the Internet publicsphere of China; the second chapter analyses the proceedings in the case of Xu Ting, and focuses on the impact of Internet publicsphere to the judicial process. Chapter three discusses the affect from the perspective of the Internet publicsphere to the judicial system; the fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of Internet publicsphere on the impact of traditional legal values, and finally try to explore their problems and possible paths on the basis of the status of the Internet publicsphere and the judicial proceedings.
