With regard to the regional police cooperation of Central Asia, it seems that we can see their blurred figure in a lot of cooperative system (Such as the SCO, the CIS system)of this region; but considering carefully–we'll find it is so difficult to identify,hard to say clearly, because they are they always scattered throughout military and security cooperation,at the same time the cooperation mechanism is very inefficient. With the help of some knowledge on international economy, international politics, international crime, ethnic groups and religion and so on, on the entry point of expertise of international regional police cooperation and judicial assistance in criminal, this article will be writen to analyze the situation of police affairs cooperation mainly through some affairs and a number of cases of police cooperation in the major international regional organizations of Central Asia (such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization). Specifically, this article includes the following main content: First of all, this article introduces the definition of regional police cooperation of Central Asia and the relevant background knowledge; Second, the article analyzes the nature and characteristics, the legal basis, the significance, necessity and possibility of regional police cooperation of Central Asia; Again, the article studies the status quo and the problems of the regional police cooperation of Central Asia; Finally, as obstacles are pointed out in the process of regional police cooperation of the Central Asia, proposals and ideas are given about how to promote the level of regional police cooperation of Central Asia and gradually establish, perfect the system of cooperation.
