In recent years, Real Estate Registration cases become more and more intense, this case has been affected by the financial crisis eapecially. The Property Law has made a special provision about property protecion, and made a great impact on the real estate management. This law involves public power to housing registration, land registration and the other regulation of real estate issues. Real estate registration associated with civil and administrative cases produce inevitably, and the mojority of this cases are registered real estate. In this paper, I try to find the way of the estate registration associated with civil and administrative cases proceeding.I introduce the overview of real estate registration associated with civil and administrative cases in the first part. The real estate registration associated with civil and administrative cases mean in the trail, there is civil disputes and administrative disputes which need to be resolve at the same time, the civil disputes and administrative disputes link with each other in the legal fact, and decide each other in the results. The proceeding the principle which we must obey, there are many ways of dealing these cases in other courtries and TaiWan province, some scholars claim to administrative proceeding, in the judicial practice, there are many difference between courts in dealing with these cases.In part four I describe the proceedings of these cases. The parties can resolve these cases using different ways. There are different ways to deal with the mistakes.
