Review Of The Russian Populists Of Village Socialism Theory

"Populism"is a very hot vocabulary and attracts more and more attention. In 1983, a thesis about Russian Populists'philosophy published and the public of Chinese vision gave us a new channel to acquaint ourselves with populist s'thoughts.This dissertation tries to outline the Russian populist s'thoughts on villages, and make a parallel study between Marxism and populism.The first part of this dissertation is an brief introduction, presenting Russian Populism's definition, features and an overview of its historical development.The second part introduces the foundation and evolvement of Russian Populism theory, focusing on populists'thoughts on villages.Then this dissertation analyzes the relationship between Marx and Engels'"Span Theory"with populists'thoughts on villages.
