| In 21st century, with the high speed development of information technology, Mankind is facing the knowledge impact taken by books, newspapers, magazines and the Internet. Accordingly, the method, by which to gain, collect, and process the information, should keep pace with the times. The age needs us to study and improve reading methods earnestly. One of them should be grasped is the speed reading, which means reading fast and effectively. The speed reading not only asks in the time fast, but focuses on the quality, one kind of positive and creative understanding process. From the article it can extract useful information rapidly.This thesis's objective carries on the ability training of Chinese speed reading at elementary stage. It will help the elementary student to grasp some speed reading methods, enrich the way of withdrawing information, and enhance the summary ability from combining speed reading with perusal. The study is divided four parts. Firstly it introduces the definition of speed reading to show its significance. The second part reviews several speed reading training, which has the tremendous influence to the domestic elementary and middle schools, as well as the comparison to similarities and differences between elementary and middle schools. The new experiment scheme is constructed in the third part. With the aid of computer, it trains the student basic speed reading skills and broad abilities combined with speed reading and perusal. The last one analyses experiment data and obtains conclusion. |
