Speed reading is one of the factors influencing the quality of language learning.Improving students' reading speed also help improve the quality language teaching.Based on the physiological and learning of characteristics of students, the paper focus on the articles, giving examples like practical texts, and use experimental research methods as well as explain the methods and techniques of speed reading, enable students to master reading method. In order to verify the effectiveness of speed reading method, this study selects high school students as experimental subjects,and the dependent variable is the reading speed and reading speed effectively.Experimental results show that after learning speed reading the experimental group in reading rate and reading speed is faster than the control group, so this training is very successful. After the end of the experiment, the experimental data are analyzed,and reflect on the process, to explore suitable for teachers teaching and students learning speed reading method of teaching.
