Under the guidance of new curriculum concept,the modern teaching pays special attention to teaching design. The teaching design is the imagination and plan of teachers for curriculum implementation, connecting point of teacher's theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge, and the connecting level of teaching theory and teaching practice. The ability of teacher's classroom designing not only will directly influence the level of a teacher' teaching preparation and the quality of the teaching plan, and also one of the key factors which constrain the quality of classroom teaching, which to some extent affects the implementation of new curriculum. As a result, under the background of the new curriculum,how to design the classroom teaching and how to combine the concept of new curriculum with the ideological and moral course teaching at junior middle school is the urgent problems which are to be settled by most of the ideological and moral course teachers at junior middle school. On the basis of understanding of new curriculum concept and curriculum standard of the ideological and moral course teaching at junior middle school, and reference for research achievements of modern teaching design, the thesis attempts to discuss the strategy for improving the ideological and moral course teaching design of junior middle school under the concept of new curriculum and on the basis of theory and investigation and study. The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the overview for the ideological and moral course teaching design of junior middle school. This part points out the basic principle and the requirement of the ideological and moral course teaching design at junior middle school that the concept of new curriculum needs on the basis of grasping the connotation of the ideological and moral course teaching design at junior middle school.The second part is the analysis of the problems currently existing in the ideological and moral course teaching design at junior middle school. In this part, the writer analyzes the problems and reasons currently existing in the ideological and moral course teaching design at junior middle school, relating with his own teaching practice and investigation: firstly, instilling more and interacting less, teaching design doesn't gives the students a lively learning environment; secondly, teaching design puts too much emphasis on knowledge learning and ignores students' emotional education; thirdly, teaching design stresses understanding and ignores exploration; fourthly, teaching design puts too much emphasis on preset and closeness and ignores openness and creation.The third part is about the strategy for improving the ideological and moral course teaching design of junior middle school under the concept of new curriculum. This part provides the strategy for improving the ideological and moral course teaching design of junior middle school: firstly, the ideological and moral teaching teacher should change and enhance the professional attitude; secondly, teachers should understand the concept of teaching design of the new curriculum; thirdly, the teacher should make efforts to improve the abilities of preparing for the lessons and teaching design.
