With the new curriculum reform processing, the teaching method reform will be imperative."Returning to life", the new curriculum reform's core ideas and requirements, which the course of ideological and ethical teaching based on life is embodied . Adapted to the needs of social development, the teaching based on life can overcome the problems of unreality and preaching in the traditional teaching. And it also can help students develop the dominant position and the teacher's leading role in class and improve teaching pertinence and effectiveness and achieve Quality Education. In innovative society ,the teaching based on life plays a decisive role in training the people with innovative spirit and high quality.In the study process of the ideological and ethical teaching based on life ,the author finds that the theoretical investigation of this teaching method is more, but the practice application serving for the course of ideology and moral is less.In the practice areas, the majority of teachers launched a wide range of practice, but there is a little of research on the structure of teaching based on life, and no cases of complete show. The text starts the research from the content and theoretical basis of this teaching method , focusing on the practice of teaching strategies.In the process of this teaching method I proposed a three-part form teaching model:The first phase,set up the situations, into life,subordinate phase,the unity of knowledge and practice, to explore life ,phase three,classroom sublimation, back to life. Also this thesis puts forward some views about how to avoid the mistakes in teaching process, and correctly handles some relationships in teaching, and several evaluation methods. This article is based on my own teaching practice, combined with a number of research results at home and abroad. I hope to improve the effectiveness of the course of ideological and ethical in junior middle school teaching based on life and make a point of some contributions to the new programmes reform.
