Kindergarten teachers'adaptability is an important aspect of the development of the kindergarten teachers. It plays an important part in the Preschool education. However, in the study on the Object of "Occupational adaptation and development", It limits to the groups of the teachers in university, middle school, elementary school; In the study on the perspective, "Occupational adaptation and development" limits to"human to Occupation"; in the study on the dimensions, It limits to the simple descriptive words. Above all, "Occupational adaptation and development" is too narrow. In this study, based on the interview case of the kindergarten teachers , the study refers to the Faessler's "Teacher Career Cycle Theory" and Eriksson's "eight stages of personality development ", and it puts forward to"Kindergarten teacher s'adaptability in the stage of development", for researching vertically and dynamically. The stage of development contains six stages- pre-Occupation, Occupation early, building capacity, Occupational turning point, Occupational stable, the end of occupation. Each stage corresponds to a set of contradictions-being fond of subject or not; being in control of teaching or not; learning actively or not; developing successfully or not; developing Innovatively or not; doing nothing or not. Corresponding to the contradictions, the study proposes the solving strategies. The specific text is divided into three parts:Preface. This part mainly discusses the reasons for writing this topic, including research significance, related research overview and methods used to write this paper.The first part. The teacher career cycle theory: the basis of Kindergarten teachers'adaptability. This section mainly discusses the overview of Kindergarten teachers'adaptability; the basis of researching Kindergarten teacher s'adaptability; Teacher Career Cycle Theory and the theory of Eriksson's personality developments'revelation.The second part. The development of Kindergarten teacher s'adaptability meet some realistic problems. This part mainly discusses pre-Occupation, Occupation early, building capacity, Occupational turning point, Occupational stable, the end of occupation.The third part. Thinking and recommendation. This part mainly discusses- paying close attention to pre- Occupation mental health of students of Pre-school education; Psychological gap of Kindergarten teachers; Learning needs of Kindergarten teachers; mental health of Kindergarten teachers; The development of Kindergarten teachers; the value of Recycling of Kindergarten teachers.
