Whether the kindergarten teachers can adapt the new curriculum reform is the key for success of curriculum reform. And the teacher is set a higher requirement. The initial issue that the teacher should work out is how to adapt and carry out the teaching reform. In this thesis, based on teaching activity, adopting the way of special cases study, kindergarten S of Man Zhouli,Inner Mongolia will be study carefully. Meanwhile, the data or information will be collected also by interview, inspection, looking up at the documentation or books, and so on. Aiming at knowing of the degree of adaptation during the teaching activity for those teachers who have joined in the new curriculum reform, the kindergarten S will be carefully study on the issue of teaching adaptability. At the same time, analyze the affective reasons and work out some aggressions. By doing this, this thesis can provide some theoretical and actual experiences for the curriculum reform of kindergarten in Man Zhouli.This thesis will describe that the teachers in kindergarten S are not adapt to this reform on teaching role, new teaching books, new way of teaching, and new teaching analysis. And the actors affecting teaching adaptability is: the teachers don't have enough knowledge and skills, busy for adapting to the new textbooks which are changed frequently, heavy burden and lack of material, the communication and cooperation among teachers is not enough, the training model is too old. By studying special cases, some measures for enhance the teaching adaptability of kindergarten teachers in Man Zhouli have been thought out. That is first, the teachers try to improve themselves in order to meet the requirement of reform. Second, adopt the way of improving gradually with long term strategy. Third, enhance the flexible management ability, so that the teachers can get more support. Forth, organize a learning group for teachers in order to provide a platform for communication and cooperation. Fifth, organize more training courses inside kindergarten to improve the ability of teachers.
