| Urbanization normally affects the population structure and population mobility.With the development of national urbanization process,the number of foreign population and the population structure will be changed significantly in a large number of cities.Songjiang district is a suburb of Shanghai.In recent years,the number of foreign population has increased rapidly.At the same time,the number of children who are suitable for early childhood education has increased greatly.In order to meet the expansion of the demand for early childhood education,the government has vigorously set up kindergartens.In order to enrich the early childhood education team,a large number of normal students have been introduced.The career adaptability of inducted teachers related to their professional background of education,the purpose to work in Shanghai,personality characteristics,life background,differences of work place and other factors.Occupational adaptation is directly related to the stability of teachers and the quality of early childhood education.Therefore,it is important to study the factors influencing the occupational adaptation of the newly introduced teachers and to explore the main factors influencing the teachers ’adaptability.It will be helpful to improve the teachers’ professional adaptability and stabilize the teachers and enhance the education and teaching levelSongjiang is located in the suburbs of Shanghai.There are large prospect in its urbanization development.It is the typical district where have introduced the most population of teachers in Shanghai.In this study,Songjiang was selected as the research area,and the kindergarten teachers introduced by Songjiang in the past three years were selected as the research object.The basic situation of the teachers was analyzed and studied by referring to the archives,and questionnaires and individual interviews were applied.The main impact factors for the career adaptability were excavated and combined with the education administrative departments and garden management system.Also,the government policy development,the park management system,the introduction of teachers’ own professional reserves were analyzed and discussed simultaneously.The results will provide a reference for the improvement of introduction models and training methods of new teachers,and enhance the adaptability of these teachers. |
