School Group Counseling: The Field To Create And Habit Reconstruction

Teen-ages must be faced with so many problems during their growing period. School education is the important prevention line of dealing with these problems. Meanwhile, traditional educational means couldn't resolve all the problems, but group guidance which is used more and more widely can do them well. Therefore, the author found during the long-term practice that immediate effect is not as well as it is showed in the theory. Through the literature review, the author found that previous studies on the discussion and interference factors for the effect of the group guidance are seldom. So the author tries to convert the perspective and consider the Bouedieu's "field-habitus " theory as basic guidance. It analyses the factors of school group guidence around two main concepts——"field" and "habitus" from the "field-habitus" theory.Specifically, from the angle of the space and the resource conflicts, and the dependent and interactive relationship, we gain a lot of methods of first-hand material by the case study and tracking survey, and then try to explore the model of school group guidance which is suitable for our teen-ages. At last, the author has self-examination about the whole practical process and put forwards to focus on "building the filed and reconstructing the habitus". Further more, it forms the new model of social work intervention which concludes several parts:the general focus of "building the filed and constructing the habitus", principles strategies and roles which the social workers need to play.The research tries to initially explore the new model of school group guidance based on .researching the process of school group guidance as a professional social worker. The exploration will offer probable chances, develop their other capacities and guide correct directions as they grow.
