Content: Music education could inspire a beautiful innermost feelings and fertile imagination, cultivate elevated sentiments and good moral qualities, while impart musical knowledge and skills. In order to achieve the purposes of instruction, corresponding contents of courses, methods and means which is according to the children' s psychological level of development and characteristics.This paper has four parts to discuss the great significance and influence, the relationship, the path and the conclusion of music education during the children' s psychological development. At first, this paper is aiming to discuss the music education has a great significance and the superiority in the field of during the children' s psychological development separately. Secondly, this paper is focused on discussing the relationship between children's mental characteristics and music education, as well as knowledge of our predecessors on the music education. Thirdly, this paper is attempted to elaborate in control of the children' s psychological development pathway in primary school music education. It is better to teach according to the student's ability. Not only is strong will, creative, personality and confidence that could be cultivated through instrumental music, singing, music practice, and other art forms, but also to improve good character formation. At last, this paper finally comes to conclusion that music education should have different stages, therefore, to establish the proper music education should be based on different stages of psychological development and aesthetic characteristics.
