In the beginning of 1950s, we followed Former Soviet Union to separate the departments of engineering, agronomy, medical science, teaching, finance and economics, law and political science from comprehensive universities in our country and then established separately or merged them into technical colleges, so that it only left Arts and Science in the comprehensive university generally. At that time, to some extent, this adjustment provided a great number of engineering and teaching support, which met the needs of economic development. It strengthened the departments and subjects which are wanted by economic development. What's more, it laid the foundation for the newly Chinese economy through this way. However, with the development of economy and society and the increasingly comprehensive development of university, students who graduated from those technical colleges couldn't achieve the requirement of market increasingly. The weakness of education system in our country gradually appeared. To get rid of the plight of higher education, we must reform management system, convert the operational mechanism, and adjust the structure and layout of higher education. It just because of such a situation, in the early 1990s, Chinese education department issued a series of policies to promote the formation of multi-campus university.This paper analyzes the adverse effects of the distribution of multi-campus on the disciplinary construction, such as unreasonable layout of disciplines, the impact of disciplinary integration, the relative conflicts of disciplinary culture, difficulties in the construction of libraries and laboratories, and draws the corresponding countermeasures. This article has analyzed the adverse effect the university multi-school district distribution to the discipline construction quite systematically, altogether 9 aspects. First,the manage idea of some mult-campus university lag; Second, partial decision-making strata have not understood mult-campus university enough; Third, reasonable discipline echelon's construction need long time generally; Fourth, most school funds serious insufficient; Fifth, the discipline cultural reconstruction is relatively weak;Sixth, various school districts of some mult-campus university have difficulty to unify with the organization goal's approval. Seventh, the discipline layout is not very reasonable; Eighth, the multi-school district distribution will affect the formation of the academic atmosphere generally as well as the discipline overlapping and the fusion; mixing of the laboratory room is difficult.In the foundation of the third chapter, the fourth chapter gives 6 suggests about discipline construction of the mult-campus university. First, locates the discipline construction goal reasonably; Second, adjustment discipline layout; Third, promoting discipline fusion; Fourth, promoting discipline culture fusion; Fifth, disposing the resources reasonably, and collecting discipline construction funds through many kinds of channel; Sixth, strengthening the laboratory construction.
