The problem of using Internet for college students has become a social issue. With more and more people using Internet, the issue of Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD) has been paid great attention in the society. The thesis intends to concern about the group of Internet-Dependent, which could be converted into IAD. The proportion of Internet Dependency is much more than IAD group. They have some connections as well as differences. Even though the group of Internet Dependency does not meet the standard of IAD, they are addicted to the Internet. In most of the previous studies, IAD is often equated with Internet Dependency; therefore, the studies of Internet Dependency are not comprehensive and objective. The Internet using problem has attracted great concern of most teaching staff. They have carried on incessant investigations and studies for interventions for the issue. However, due to the confusion of Internet Dependency and IAD by previous studies, most of them focus on IAD, taking no notice of the enormous group of Internet Dependency. Therefore, the studies of the interventions for Internet Dependency have a negative feasibility. For this situation, the thesis provides an objective and comprehensive analysis of Internet Dependency for college students and has collected eneral conditions. Furthermore, it analyses the characteristics of this group in order to present the truth of Internet using for college students.Based on surveys, the paper got the actual situation and characteristics of Internet Dependency of college students through carefully study and scientific analysis. The results of this study will provide a quaternary integrated interventions "Individual---Family—School—Society". Meanwhile, the college administers and teaching staff should be guided by "people-centered and harmonious development" scientific development perspectives. We hope that the group of Internet Dependency will become a matter of concern for more and more people; moreover, the Internet Addiction Disorder will be turned away from college students.
