The education first displays for the student morals. The western church could cause the Chinese to accept the gospel, through organizing the education in China, particularly the higher education. Carrying on the strong moral education, human who trained them to become the Christian, perhaps had the favorable impression to Christianity. In the early time Missionary school's curriculum, the course content, the teaching way as well as the school climate and the education spirit had the intense religious color. After the 20th century, China's social environment had changed. The 20s's non-Christianity movement and the reclamation education power movements caused the Missionary school challenging seriously. In the Barton fact-finding team submitted the report instruction. The missionary did missionary policy to China. It had carried on the full-scale reform to the Missionary school. Take Stuart as representative's modern liberal, in educated practices it formed oneself unique school thought the Yenching University both to maintain the strong Christianity atmosphere and the influence, but did not become the propaganda movement a part and so on. This kind of education idea is educated by other missionaries to accept gradually, which became instructing missionary work enterprise and the educational work basic policy.Present paper's major point is:Take the Yenching University as the case study, focuses in the church university's moral education, discusses the Republic of China time. In fact the Chinese society under the impact which educates to Christianity teaches the university to comply with the social development tendency, and makes the adjustment to its school policy. In the religious education aspect, the tradition's educational pattern hides the educational mode to carry on the morals to the student to instill. Church university realizes through the campus material culture and system cultural reconstruction these two ways. The campus construction's design manifests the church university China and the West culture to blend the education idea, which the common custom and the religion unify. Rules and regulations constructions and curriculum and teaching activity arrangement manifest the church university for the social service education idea. Church University take the moral education content through campus aspects and life custom, student mass organization and teachers-and students relations as the carrier, and publicizes the Western modern times thought idea and inherits in the Chinese culture the personal education spirit. Move movement patriotically takes the Yenching University as representative's church university, through tacitly consents or supports the student to develop political activity to raise student's national spirit and the patriotism sentiment. The church University raises student's personal character through the way and the method, inducing to have the historical value and the practical significance content to enlightening the present our country University moral education work.This topic has mainly used the real diagnosis law, the comparison test and the key research and the general research unifies, absorbed the neighboring discipline as far as possible in the theoretical analysis the research technique, like history, cultural science and'so on, by open theory field of vision.
