The equity of classroom teaching is the performance of the social issues in education and teaching field,and it's the people's pursuit of equitable development.With the development of the economic and society,the call in the field of democracy and equity has been pursuing by the people,and the demand of education and teaching is not only to gain the right of education,but also strive for the impartial educational resources and treating.And at the same time,teachers also want to realize effective teaching,although they have faced all kinds of presses.But because of the limited resources and conditions,teachers have to adopt a few harmful way to carry out the equity of classroom teaching.As a result,a few conflicts will happened between the teachers,the students,the teaching resources and teaching,the teaching valuable standards and teaching,and then bring about the unfair classroom teaching.And the Game Theory is able to analyze the scene of confrontation and cooperation,which is helpful to analyze the unfair phenomenons in classroom teaching.Methods such as the literature review, the interview, the observation have been used for the classroom teaching problems which are the unequal assignment of space-time teaching , the uniform content of courses, the differences of teachers' language and the unbalanced classroom teaching valuable standards.After carding these problems,we analyze the possibility of using game theory to explain them.In the study,the ideal of selecting in the game theroy has been used to analyze the formation of unfairness classroom teaching.At last,the suggestions which promote classroom teaching equity are brought forward,the construction of educational fair,the rational allocation of teaching resources,the implementation of individual teaching,enhancing the teachers' philosophy of teaching fairness,and focusing on the transformation of teaching evaluation to promote fairness.The absolute equity in the classroom is not exist,like other equities in the society,it's a kind of our ideal and pursuit.Although the analysis and suggestions about the equity of classroom teaching couldn't resolve all the problems completely,but we hope that it will have some active significances on enhancing teachers' consciousness of teaching fairly,promoting their professional development and ensuring the equity of classroom teaching.
