The educational fairness,as an embodiment of the social justice in educational fields,is not only the basic aim and basic value of education modernization,but also the important embodiment of socialist core values.Since the nineties of the twentieth century,the growing inequality between the rich and poor,the game contradiction of educational resources has been highlighted,the key school system ? the “fever of choosing school” ? high fees and other diseases,seriously affected the students' educational opportunities.In addition,with the continuous advancement of urbanization,born in the eighties and nineties of the last century,rural migrant workers have become the main force of the city construction,most of their children will choose the "family migration”,following their parents into the city life,the issue of compulsory education on the accompanying children of rural workers will be highlighted.However,due to the government,educational functional department,local groups,migrant workers for the competition for educational resources,various interests of the game relationship is complex.Therefore,the correct handling of these interest competition,is not only related to the development of the third generation of immigration in the population movement,but also related to the full implementation of the "four comprehensive" and the realization of a great rejuvenation of the full implementation of the Chinese dream.In this paper,from the perspective of non-zero-sum games,with the background of the construction of legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,takes the Marxist theory with the educational fairness and the penetration of humanity,takes the children of the new generational of rural migrant workers in N city of Jiangsu province as the research sample.,around the children in the compulsory education stage of the actual entrance,the relevant policies of the government education department,the management of the school system and the situation of the children themselves,Using the questionnaire survey and follow-up interviews,field visits to various problems of the new generation of rural immigrant workers' children compulsory education problems in N City,multilevel analysis many gamerelationship between the city of new generation of rural immigrant workers' children in education fairness problems,From a practical standpoint,this paper analyzes the institutional reasons that restrict the compulsory education of rural immigrant workers' children compulsory education system fair and finally puts forward the system countermeasure from the game-agent,to build a well-off society in an all-round way,realizing the social fairness and educational fairness with my humble opinion.
